actually our school's instruments aren't very good. for pipa/ tanbo at least. we use our own imba qins  hahaa yes!  APART from the 1 lovely school liuqin which is super nice i want it!  |

we got a high silver above 75. we have 6 instructor inclusive of conductor

although instructors do play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of the music that the students play, i think another important thing is the attitude of the students also =]
i think most schools will have a few "imba" players who are extremely skilled in their instrument...so we should make use of those players too! haha. if they have the attitude they can actually help to teach the juniors/the weaker ones =)))))))

woodwind - 1 dizi, 1 guan, 1 suona, 1 sheng instructor.
plucking - 1 pipa, 1 liuqin, 1 yangqin, 1 guzheng, 1 ruan, 1 sanxian.
strings - 1 erhu/zhonghu, 1 gaohu, 1 cello, 1 bass
percussion - 1 percussion
and the 2 cool conductors.
