Oh..sry mixed it up
i think all the solos for the 3rd day are nice =)
and i meant that i prefer our faster version to the slow one but i'm so sad about di 4 duan T_T
which is your fave part? di 8 duan or di 4 duan?
di 5 duan lah..di 4 duan is the pipa solo and it was cut off at the beginning when we started to play yue er gao cos cannot have an instrument solo for more than a certain time so it was cut off long ago..then after that half of di 3 duan and half of di 5 duan and whole of di 8 duan got cut off..I prefer the other half of the di 5 duan that was cut off to the other half of the di 5 duan that wasn't cut off..bt anyway yue er gao is nice both fast and slow version..YAY^^ |

though i knew the background of the piece, the actual story was told to me by mr yeh tsung. it was the way his facial expressions and conducting shaped the music. that evening when we performed gada. truly something i will never forget as a young musician. the man's really a great conductor.

@Verbena: oh ya.................=\ di 5 duan XD i keep forgetting that di 4 duan is the pipa solo...it's the i7 6i 2i 6i 2 5 33 35 2 3- 3- 6 54 35 2 3 3 2 352 3 3 235 3532 11 71 21 6 1 6165 3 ......this part it just keeps going faster and all the pauses and it goes faster again omg! =D I love it.
i still can play all the cut-out parts =D I want to play all those in Jubilate..but, it's impossible *sighs*
and i miss recess prac, believe it or not (though now i get to sleep during recess) but after P.E today, i walked to the music room and then realised that there's no recess prac DX felt so weird <.<
P.S gadameilin is nice

lol..and you still dare to say you wish SYF is over so no more extra prac and you can also skip practice and now you miss practice..anyway seriously i like the 352 3 3 235 3532 11 71 21 6 1 6165 3 02 55 56 11 6133 2321 62 5. this part is super nice..and I also still can play this part cos it is super nice..I didn't memorise it but I just can play it whenever I want to play...super nice^^
P.S I really miss CO prac...cnt wait for two weeks to be over soon...

and yes i DID wish that SYF would be over..and i'm really glad it's over
if i still had all the pracs...
well, just put it this way: my term 2 PPR would have been a total gone case and i'll probably get 'fair' in my conduct grade

I miss prac, but not so much that i wish SYF hasn't ended.

i WANT to TRY ponning cca and seeing what it'd be like...since i've never ponned cca before
perhaps i shall pon tomorrow's orientation =D
also....after the 2 week break, i'll only have 4 sessions left to pon
so i guess i wouldn't get to pon in the end -_-
depends on the number of tests =D

nanchiau should have got gold. zhong hua should have got gwh...but i am thinking their conductor(the same) arranged the set piece not to the judge likings because their choice piece was very very difficult.
Woodgrove should have got gwh too. Low Cher Yong did brilliantly with his 2 songs.
Everybody was utterly surprised Evergreen got gwh because their half of their choice piece only had huqin and cello playing...
the others gwh was utterly deserving. congrats to all
Are you saying that Evergreen getting GWH was not deserving? I think tht is an insult . And you do not know how hard we trained for gwh ._. AND half of the song was not only huqin and cello. z. Listen to the song carefully before u make any nonsensical comments  |
